Manheim remarkets vehicles for wholesale consignors. These sellers include car dealers, manufacturers, rental car operators, fleet/lease companies and financial institutions. The buyers of the vehicles are licensed franchise and independent auto dealers.

Solution Used

Manheim selected a 1/4" Trowel Down System topcoated with Chemical Resistant Urethane pigmented in light gray. Blue traffic lines were added to complete the floor system.

The Trowel Down System protects the floor from very heavy traffic while the topcoat guards against staining from grease, oil, and dirt that would normally show on an auto shop floor. This is a perfect example of how a normally "dirty" business' image is changed to something very appealing by using the right flooring solution.
